لماذا يهم بُعد القمة؟Why does vertex distance matter?
العدسة اللاصقة تجلس مباشرة على القرنية، بينما تبعد عدسة النظارة عادة 12 مم عن العين. هذا الفرق يغيّر القوة الفعلية المطلوبة، خصوصاً في الوصفات القوية (عادة ±4.00 ديوبتر فأكثر).A contact lens sits directly on the cornea, while a spectacle lens usually sits 12 mm away. This difference changes the actual power needed, especially for stronger prescriptions (typically ±4.00 D or more).

هذه الحاسبة تُعنى بقوة الكرة (Sphere) فقط. تصحيح الاستجماتيزم (Cylinder/Axis) في الوصفات المعقدة يتطلب حسابات إضافية ومعايرة من أخصائي بصريات، خصوصاً عند التحويل لعدسات تورك (Toric).This calculator handles sphere power only. Astigmatism correction (cylinder/axis) in complex prescriptions needs additional calculation and fitting by an optometrist, especially for toric contact lenses.
