شبكة أمسلر لفحص البقعة الصفراءAmsler Grid Test
اختبار بصري بسيط يُستخدم عالمياً للكشف المبكر عن مشاكل مركز الشبكية (البقعة الصفراء)، مثل الاعتلال البقعي المرتبط بالعمر (AMD).A simple visual test used worldwide for early detection of central retina (macula) problems, such as age-related macular degeneration (AMD).
- إن كنت تلبس نظارة قراءة، أبقها على عينيك.If you wear reading glasses, keep them on.
- اجلس على بُعد حوالي 30-40 سم من الشاشة.Sit about 30-40 cm from the screen.
- غطِّ عينك اليسرى، وانظر بعينك اليمنى فقط إلى النقطة السوداء في المنتصف.Cover your left eye and look only with your right eye at the black dot in the center.
- لاحظ: هل كل الخطوط مستقيمة ومتساوية؟ وهل ترى الشبكة كاملة بدون بقع مفقودة؟Notice: are all lines straight and even? Can you see the whole grid without missing patches?
- كرر نفس الخطوات مع العين الأخرى (بتغطية اليمنى هذه المرة).Repeat with the other eye (covering the right one this time).
لماذا هذا الاختبار مهم؟Why does this test matter?
البقعة الصفراء هي المسؤولة عن الرؤية المركزية الدقيقة (القراءة، التعرف على الوجوه). أي تشوه في الخطوط المستقيمة أثناء هذا الاختبار قد يكون علامة مبكرة على مشكلة في الشبكية، ويُنصح باكتشافها مبكراً قدر الإمكان.The macula is responsible for sharp central vision (reading, recognizing faces). Any distortion of straight lines during this test could be an early sign of a retinal problem, and early detection is recommended whenever possible.

الأشخاص فوق سن الخمسين، مرضى السكري الخاضعون لمتابعة دورية، وأي شخص يشعر بتغيّر مفاجئ في وضوح الرؤية المركزية.People over 50, diabetic patients under regular monitoring, and anyone noticing a sudden change in central vision clarity.
