اختبار عجلة الاستجماتيزمAstigmatism Wheel Test
رسم شعاعي بخطوط متساوية السُمك واللون. تفاوت وضوح هذه الخطوط عند النظر إليها قد يدل على وجود اللابؤرية (الاستجماتيزم) — حالة انكسار غير منتظم للعين شائعة جداً وسهلة التصحيح بالنظارة.A radial dial of evenly-spaced, equal-thickness lines. Uneven clarity between the lines may indicate astigmatism — a very common, easily corrected irregular refraction of the eye.
- إن كنت تلبس نظارة، أبقها على عينيك.If you wear glasses, keep them on.
- اجلس على بُعد حوالي 40-50 سم من الشاشة.Sit about 40-50 cm from the screen.
- غطِّ عينك اليسرى وانظر بعينك اليمنى فقط إلى مركز العجلة.Cover your left eye and look only with your right eye at the center of the dial.
- لاحظ: هل كل الخطوط تبدو بنفس الدرجة من الوضوح والسواد؟Notice: do all the lines look equally sharp and dark?
- كرر مع العين الأخرى.Repeat with the other eye.
ما هي اللابؤرية؟What is astigmatism?
تحدث عندما يكون سطح القرنية أو العدسة غير كروي بشكل مثالي، فتنكسر الأشعة الضوئية بشكل غير متساوٍ في الاتجاهات المختلفة، مما يجعل بعض الخطوط تبدو أوضح من غيرها حسب اتجاهها.It happens when the cornea or lens surface isn't perfectly spherical, so light rays refract unevenly in different directions — making some lines appear sharper than others depending on their orientation.
هل هي خطيرة؟Is it serious?
اللابؤرية شائعة جداً ولا تُعد حالة خطيرة، وعادة ما تُصحَّح بسهولة بنظارة أو عدسات لاصقة مناسبة بعد فحص دقيق لدى أخصائي بصريات.Astigmatism is very common and not a dangerous condition. It is usually corrected easily with the right glasses or contact lenses after a proper exam by an optometrist.
